Attorneys not welcome!

As I was traveling though the Nevada town of Pahrump, I opened a local newspaper and saw an advertisement for a free seminar entitled “How to Protect Your Assets in Todays [sic] New Economy.”

The seminar is pitched toward “seniors over 55” and asserts that the seminar will teach attendees “how to permanently protect against loss due to inflation, dollar devaluation, volatile stock & bond market returns and unpredicable general economic conditions.”

I considered attending although I am a bit shy of the 55 age limitation. But, then I noticed the limitation on the bottom of ad, “No attorneys or brokers allowed.”
