Two Men Take Friend’s Corpse Out For Drinks

AlcoholJeffrey Jarrett, a forty-three year old Colorado man, lived with his friend, Robert Young. Young came home on August 27 to find Jarrett dead, but instead of calling 911, he called his friend Mark Rubinson. Young and Rubinson then took Jarrett’s body to a bar in Denver and another in Aurora before bringing him back home. After dropping Jarrett’s body at home, Young and Rubinson went to yet another bar in Glendale and allegedly took $400 out of Jarrett’s account.

The cause of Jarrett’s death is still under investigation, and Rubinson and Young currently face charges of abusing a corpse, identity theft, and criminal impersonation.
