The Dead Hand

In last week’s issue of the ABA Journal Weekly Newsletter, the magazine asked readers, “If you could create a lawyer superhero, what would you name him or her? What would his or her power be?” Darwinian Capitalist wrote in with the answer below:

My lawyer superhero would be The Dead Hand, who has the ability to communicate with the dead to immediately resolve probate issues and will contests. Feared by estate attorneys everywhere.
