Bogert, Oaks, Hansen, and Neeleman’s The Law of Trusts (9th edition)
George G. Bogert, Dallin H. Oaks, H. Reese Hansen, and Stanley D. Neeleman recently published their book, Bogert, Oaks, Hansen, and Needleman’s The Law of Trusts (9th ed.) (Foundation Press 2012). A description of the book is below:
The increasing use of trusts in estate, tax, business, and charitable planning requires that the law of trusts have an exclusive and prominent place in the law school curriculum. The new edition provides many new principle cases and provides up-to-date fact patterns for teaching the relevant principles. New coverage is included for emerging trends in trust law such as decanting and trust protectors. The materials in several chapters have been reorganized for improved clarity and to better facilitate class discussion. The new edition also provides enhanced references to the Restatement (Third) of Trusts and the Uniform Trust Code.
