CrummeyService

TrustCrummeyService, a web-based service, allows users to securely enter required data and set up Crummey trusts, afterwhich the service will handle the administrative side of the trust. For example, CrummeyService will send premium and gift reminders, inform beneficiaries of their withdrawal rights, send notices to beneficiaries, record notice acknowledgements, and send copies of the acknowledgments and notices to trustees, grantors, fiduciaries, and advisors of the trust.

CrummeyService also manages and monitors important trust information for grantors of trust owned life insurance. Additionally, the service will record transactions, send out unpaid premium alerts, create notices for funding shortfalls, and will send out electronic and hard copies of letters. The publisher assures that all information is monitored in a secure environment and that the service is in compliance with IRS and Uniform Prudent Investor Act regulations and guidelines.
