Man Reconsiders Eviction of 98 Year Old Mother

EvictionI previously blogged about Peter Kantorowski, the 71 year old man who served his mother with an eviction notice on her 98th birthday. Kantorowski previously stated that the eviction notice was in his mother’s best interest as she should be living in a nursing home with constant supervision and care instead of in a home by herself. According to Kantorowski’s attorney, Kantorowski also filed the eviction notice to remove his brother, Jack, from the home because of his drinking and ability to take advantage of their mother.

After serving his mother with the notice, Kantorowski received numerous hate messages and death threats from the public. As a result of the negative backlash, Kantorowski has now reconsidered evicting his mother.
