The Internal Revenue Service claims that the estate of Anna Nicole Smith (a.k.a Vickie Lynn Marshall) owes about $300,000 in overdue back taxes. The government has placed several liens against Smith’s estate to collect what her estate owes the IRS. The personal representative of her estate, Howard K. Stern, has recently received her creditor’s claim. Smith died in 2007, and left behind one daughter, Dannielynn Smith, who is the sole heir to her estate. She also mothered a son, Daniel Smith, who pre-deceased her.
