Nephew Punches Elderly Uncle

Family feudGene Fox, a 63 year old high school guidance counselor, has been charged with attacking and injuring his 74 year old uncle in a parking lot. The fight occurred after a dispute arose during a probate court arbitration session. According to Gene’s uncle, Neal Fox, the family has been involved in an ongoing dispute over the guardianship of Gene’s father (Neal’s brother) who is suffering from dementia.

According to Neal, that altercation occurred after he found Gene inspecting the license plate on Neal’s car. Gene then allegedly asked Neal if he would like to “beat up [his] nephew who’s 12 years younger,” and when Neal said no, Gene punched him. Neal claims he does not know exactly why his nephew attacked him.
