More Problems With Conservatorships In Tennessee
I have previously discussed the problems that arose with the conservatorship of Jewel Tinnons in Tennessee, and now it appears that more mismanaged conservatorships have occurred under the supervision of Judge Randy Kennedy.
In the conservatorship of Danny Tate, costs have almost depleted the assets of Nashville musician’s estate. The total amount already spent has reached about $ 1.5 million. Now, the attorney who helped with the conservatorship is demanding payment from Tate for the services that he rendered to the musician. His attorney, Paul T. Housch, filed a Motion For Order of Sale to collect the legal fees associated with the conservatorship. What makes this extraordinary was that this order came after Judge Kennedy supposedly terminated Tate’s conservatorship. In addition, Judge Kennedy also suspended Tate’s license to drive before the hearing on the sale of his home. To Tate, this felt like the court has become his number one enemy and is purposefully obstructing him from defending his person property.
