Joe Paterno died in January at age 85 shortly after allegations of sex abuse were made against his retired assistant coach Jerry Sandusky. Paterno’s will and all related court filings have been ordered sealed from public view. It is the only will in the county that has been sealed in the past 18 months. Court officials cannot yet determine which judge made the order.
