Husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor Wins Conservatorship

Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Frederic von Anhalt earned a legal victory on July 12. The daughter of Mrs. Gabor, Constance Francesca Hilton, asked a court to name her the conservator of her mother. Hilton alleged to the court that the husband of Mrs. Gabor was not properly caring for her medical and financial needs. In addition, Hilton also claimed that Von Anhalt kept Mrs. Gabor sedated and isolated from her family.

The Superior Court granted Von Anhalt the ability to oversee Mrs. Gabor’s medical decisions, while the court granted Hilton’s request to allow her to see her mother weekly. The court determined that several attorney’s will oversee Mrs. Gabor’s finances. Both parties seemed happy about the outcome of the case.
