Mary Kennedy’s Son To Be Executor of his Mother’s Estate

Court FightConor Kennedy, the son of Robert Kennedy Jr. and Mary Kennedy, asked a Surrogate’s Court in New York to name him the executor of his late-mother’s estate. This comes after the young Kennedy became a legal adult on July 24, 2012, his 18th birthday. The court is expected to grant Conor’s request especially because there is not expected to be any opposition from Robert Kennedy’s lawyer. The only individual who might contest Conor’s request is his aunt, Martha Richardson. Ms. Richardson is still indecisive about whether she will contest Conor’s application.
