The probate records for Nancy Lanza, the Sandy Hook Elementary shooter’s mother, have been filed in court. The estate has not been valued at this moment. Her surviving son, Ryan Lanza, petitioned the court to have Samuel Starks temporally appointed as the administrator of his late-mother’s estate. Now, the administrator will have the task of tracking Nancy’s assets and determining if she owned a will. Her death certificate was also filed with her other estate planning documents. She was cremated on December 19, 2012 in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Adam Lanza’s document have not been filed.
