Granddaughter Exploits Grandfather

Willie Cecil Lang was a retired supervisor for the city of Delray Beach and his granddaughter, Tiffany Marie Nicar, was supposed to be his caretaker. However, police say that 26-year old, unemployed Tiffany exploited Lang.

She is facing charges of exploiting an elderly person because she is accused of withdrawing $17,222 from his bank account. The Department of Children and Families Adult Protection Services received reports of possible exploitation in September after irregular activity was found on his bank account. Tiffany claims that she used the money for expenses associated with her three children.
