Nelson Mandela’s Daughters Take Three Men to Court

Nelson Mandela’s two daughters have accused three men of appointing themselves as directors of two trust companies that oversee Mandela’s estate. 

George Bizos, Tokyo Sexwale and Bally Cheune insist that Mandela appointed them as directors of the companies.  

The Mandelas filed an application for an order stripping Bizos, Sexwale and Cheune of all powers over the companies and the dispute is before the South Gauteng High Court.
