Rights in Millionaire Ravi Kumra’s Estate
Ravi Kumra was a tech investor who made millions in the wireless industry. He was killed on November 30–allegedly by gang members with supposed ties to his prostitute girlfriends. Kelly Goggins, one of the prostitutes, has two girls, ages 9 and 7, and she was claiming that these girls were Kumra’s daughters.
On Tuesday, a judge ruled that there is clear and convincing evidence that these girls are Kumra’s children and that they are entitled to a family allowance. It is yet to be determined whether these girls are entitled to half of his estate. The estate is currently in the hands of his two grown daughters from his recently ended marriage.
