Tips To Be A Gracious Advisor
Gaining the trust of your client is an important thing to have. Advisors who are gracious are more likely to gain their clients trust and make their client feel at ease. A gracious advisor draws people to him. How can an advisor be gracious?
- Make sure to introduce people when necessary with positive energy.
- Be polite. Make sure you say thank you and return the favor.
- Stand up to shake someones hand even if you have met her already.
- Radiate positive energy and smile. Smiling draws people toward you.
- Make sure to listen and ask questions to show that you are giving your full attention.
Being a gracious advisor makes talking to people much easier and helps your reputation in ways that are unmeasurable.
