Recently, several officials inPennsylvania have been defying the marriage law. First, it was Attorney GeneralKathleen Kane decided she was against Pennsylvania’s ban on marriage for gaycouples. Now, in Montgomery County a register of wills has been issuingmarriage licenses to homosexual couples. Both instances occurred after the twoSupreme Court rulings.
