Senator Zaffirini is a Co-Executor in Family Estate Dispute

In Webb County, Rocio Guerra filed a lawsuit accusing threeco-executors of a family estate of self dealing and mismanaging the trustassets. She claims they breached their fiduciary duty and overcompensatedthemselves. One of the co- executors is state Senator Judith Zaffirini. Herhusband Carlos is representing her as well as the other co-executors. He deniesall of the accusations.
