Higher Demand for Small Firms With Estate Planning Practices

EstateplanningIn 2007, many experts projected that large law firms would cut their estate planning practices and that small firms would pick up estate planning. This hypothesis stemmed from the fact that Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal dropped their estate planning practice. It seems the experts were correct. Baby boomers are now approaching the age range of people who are more likely to seek estate planning services. Thus, the demand for small firms with an estate planning practice is on the rise.
