Kidnapper Names Victim’s Grandmother as Life Insurance Beneficiary

JamesLee DiMaggio died on August 10 in an FBI shootout in the Idaho wilderness afterkidnapping 16-year-old Hannah Anderson and killing her mother and brother.

DiMaggionamed Hannah’s grandmother, Bernice Anderson, as the sole beneficiary of a$112,000 life insurance policy, supposedly for the benefit of Hannah. 

DiMaggio,40, had been best friends with Hannah’s father and had even lived with Bernicefor about two years.  Authorities foundthe remains of Hanna’s mother and younger brother in their burned down home.
