Consider an Elder Mediator

Before lawyering up over disputes about estate planning,end-of-life care, or moving Mom into a nursing home, consider the new breed of“elder mediators” who specialize in such conflicts commonly faced by seniors.

Many issues don’t require legal action and mediation canavoid the stress and expensive of taking it through the court system.

But be warned: anyone can legally name themselves an “eldermediator” so determine if they are qualified beforehand.
