The largest shelter will be built in a former mine near Atchison,Kansas and should cover 2 million square feet with room for 5,000.  For just $20,000, a family of four can drivetheir RV into this community, which is planned to have a wine bar, gym, spa,theater, and dance floor.  For thoselooking for privacy, a “Quantum” private shelter is available.
