49% of workers are not confident about having enough moneyfor retirement, according to the 2013 Retirement Confidence Survey by theEmployee Benefit Research Institute in Washington.

The silver lining is that more individuals are realizingjust how big their nest eggs need to be, with 43% believing they need to save atleast 20% of their income to have a comfortable retirement.
