Fok Legal Battle Continues
As Ihave previously discussed, the children of philanthropic tycoon Henry Fok areattempting to remove their older brother and aunt as executors of Fok’s estate.
Theparties met in court on October 28, seven years to the day after their father’s death. Younger brother Benjamin, nowbacked by sisters Patricia and Nora, allege that older brother Ian failed inhis duty as executor to include a buy-back option involving the booming Nanshadistrict in Guangzhou, which would affect Benjamin’s entitlement. Ian accuses Benjamin of trying to hijacktheir father’s legacy of charity work in Nansha.
