Proposed Law in the UK Would Allow More Will Challenges

A proposed law couldpermit more challenges to wills of Britons living outside their native country.Currently, the law does not allow for individuals who are not domiciled inEngland or Wales to contest a will that they were not included in. However,with the new bill that will change.
