Woman Leaves Estate to Local Humane Society

JeanM. Gravitt bequeathed her entire estate worth over $284,000 to the FranklinCounty Human Society in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Gravitt,who passed away in December 2012, wished her estate be used towards thelocation of a new facility.  BoardPresident Sam Marcus says they intend to move forward with plans for a newshelter as quickly as possible.
