Orlando Man Wins Lotto Again

Last year, James Bozeman Jr., 67, claimed a $10 million Florida Lotto jackpot.

Well this lucky man has done it again.  He recently claimed a $3 million jackpot and has chosen to receive these winnings in annual payments of $100,000. 

Bozeman claims he used a different set of lucky numbers since the last time he won.
