Prof. Elizabeth R. Carter promoted and receives professorship

Elizabeth R. Carter(Louisiana State UniversityPaul M. Hebert Law Center) was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor of Law earlier this year.

Recently, she learned the good news that she was awarded the Judge Anthony J. Graphia & Jo Ann Graphia Endowed Professorship.
