Australia Leaving Largest Inheritance

Based on HSBC’s Future of Retirement Study, the average Australian expects to leave an inheritance of £321,743.

Singapore was second at £237,799 and the UK third with £321,743.  The US came in at sixth with £113,342.

In the US, 56% of retired people expected to leave an inheritance, which is below the 69% average.
