Judge Grants a Year Sabbatical for Contested Trust
Geraldine Webber, 93, disinherited many of her beneficiaries to leave her inheritance to a young policeman. The original beneficiaries were charities who have contested the trust. The judge has granted a one-year sabbatical probably to allow for more time for the parties to reach a settlement. Webber made a video of the will execution that can be found here.
