New Hampshire Creates a ‘Trust Docket’

New Hampshire is the most trust friendly state across the nation due to a series of laws that were recently passed. Because of its new reputation, the Circuit Court announced the creation of a “trust docket” to handle the high volume of complex trust cases. The docket will be put into effect on January 1, 2014 and assigned 10-15 cases.
