Princess Margaret’s “Son” Wins Ruling

Princess_Margaret_intro

Robert Brown, 58, is seeking to prove he is the illegitimate child of the late Princess Margaret.

The Jersey accountant has won a high court ruling that could very well advance his efforts to see the contents of the wills of the Queen’s sister and her mother.  Specifically, Brown has been granted permission to seek judicial review of the refusal to allow him access to the documents under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
