The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case to decide whether workers can sue their employer over losses to 401(k) funds.

The appeal is being brought by a Cincinnati based firm fighting a class action suit. The employees claim the firm violated federal law by allowing the workers to invest in company stock when the shares were too risky.
