Benjamin Fok Loses Bid to Remove Brother, Aunt as Executors
As I have previously discussed, Benjamin Fok Chun-yue, the son of late tycoon Henry Fok, was attempting to remove his brother, Ian Fok Chun-wan, and his aunt, Fok Mo-kan, as executors of his father’s estate.
A judge recently ruled against Benjamin, finding that a settlement agreement reached in August 2012 is legally binding on the 31 family members of Henry Fok.
