Calder Heirs Lose Fraud Suit

As I have previously discussed, the heirs of modernist artist Alexander Calder filed suit against art dealer Klaus Perls, accusing him of defrauding the Calder estate out of millions.

These heirs have lost their $20 million lawsuit against Perls.   The evidence failed to show Perls wrongfully sold Calder works without their knowledge.  The heirs plan on appealing the decision.
