Utah Takes Same-Sex Marriage Battle to U.S. Supreme Court
Utah has taken its battle to block same-sex marriage to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The heavily Mormon state is asking the Court to suspend same-sex unions in Utah, which became legal after a judge struck down the voter-approved ban.
