Lingerie Heirs Locked in Estate Battle

Bras

The sons of a late lingerie mogul are at war over their father’s $13 million estate.

Bruce Leventhal, 67, claims his older brother, Stuart Leventhal, 70, embezzled over $2 million of their father Gabriel’s money.  In a battle that’s been raging for the past seven years, Bruce says his brother used the stolen inheritance to fund a lavish lifestyle, including a $2.5 million home in France.

Gabriel Leventhal, whose company sold women’s lingerie, died in 1998.  Each brother was left the bulk of his estate to split.
