Billionaire Sets Record Life Insurance Policy
The Guinness Book of World Records has awarded the record for the most valuable life insurance policy in history to a “mystery billionaire” from Silicon Valley.
The record-setting policy will pay his survivors $201 million, a figure that more than doubles the previous record set in 1990. The policy actually consists of over two dozen policies underwritten by 19 different insurers. The mysterious client will pay somewhere in the single millions of dollars in annual premiums.
