Article on Discouraging Disengagement
James E. Brill recently published an article entitled, Discouraging Disengagement, 77 Tex. B.J. 274 (2014). Provided below is the abstract:
The article offers information on the different circumstances that help the lawyers to motivate their clients for changes to the documents of their estate planning. It informs that attorneys consider revisions to the estate planning documents on the occurrence of the domestication, death, and distrust. It mentions that on marriage, the wife is entitled to the existing property of client in Texas.
