As I have previously discussed, movie star Jason Patric is in the midst of a heated custody battle with ex-girlfriend Danielle Schreiber over visitation and parental rights of his biological son Gus. The battle has spilled into the limelight with both discussing their position with the media. Both appeared on the ‘Today’ show to share their side of the story. Patric maintains that he always intended to be and has acted as the father of Gus. However, Schreiber claims that their arrangement was for Patric to only be a sperm donor. The case resumed in a California court today.
