A judge in Columbia, Missouri has granted the divorce of a same-sex couple. The couple was married in Massachusetts. Though Missouri does not recognize same-sex marriages, Boone County Circuit Judge Leslie Schneider held that the state can recongnize a legal marriage from another state in order to grant equitable relief.
