Stay Issued on Same-Sex Adoptions in Utah

As I have previously discussed, same-sex marriages in Utah were stayed in January pending resolution of the issue. Now, adoptions by the same-sex couples that were legally married in Utah have been stayed by the Utah Supreme Court.
