One-Day Divorce Program in California

DivorceWith legal fees for a divorce too high for some individuals to afford, the majority of people are opting to do it themselves, at least in California. Representing themselves can come with major drawbacks for litigants that have trouble navigating the system or leave money on the table because they do not know the intricacies of divorce related law. With about three-fourths of individuals representing themselves in family law cases, some California courts have decided to address the issue. The courts are holding one-day divorce programs to help people who have filed for divorce but do not know what to do next.
