Wisconsin’s Same-Sex Marriage Ban Ruled Unconstitutional

A district judge in Wisconsin struck down the state’s same-sex marriage ban on Friday. Judge Barbara Crabb reasoned that the ban was a violation of due process and equal protection. The ruling has not been stayed by the judge. The Wisconsin Attorney General plans to appeal.
