Infamous Building Sold by Family Trust
The Los Angeles retail complex that was made infamous by its link to the 1995 O.J. Simpson murder trial sold for approximately $25 million, though the exact figure has not been disclosed. The complex was the location of the Mezzaluna, the restaurant that came to be known as the last place Nicole Brown Simpson ate at before she was murdered. GPI Cos., a real estate investment firm, purchased the property from an undisclosed family trust.
