An 89-year-old Topeka man, Horace Edwards, filed a lawsuit in December against Edward Snowden and film makers involved in the making of the documentary “Citizenfour,” which follows the events surrounding the leak of classified information by Snowden. Edwards is seeking for a Kansas Federal District Court to create a constructive trust to hold the profits from the film and to prevent the defendants in the case from receiving any profit or royalties.
