Joan Rivers’ $28 Million Penthouse for Sale

Joan Rivers’ daughter is selling the late comic’s $28 million penthouse just off Central Park in Manhattan.  The lavish 5,100 square foot condominium features palatial turn-of-the-century architecture in its 11 rooms.  Rivers once said it was “where Marie Antoinette would have lived if she had the money.” 

Rivers lived in the condominium—which features four bedrooms, two kitchens, five fireplaces among other features—for 25 years.
