Mother Helps Son Have Child by Acting as Surrogate
A woman in Britain was the surrogate mother for her own son to assist him in having a child. She did not donate her egg, but she did carry and give birth to her grandson. A judge in Britain held that the process was completely legal, despite the “unusual arrangement.”
