Tennessee Woman Allegedly Forges Will After Man’s Death

Handcuffed PersonKimberly Dement Dotson of Craighead County, Tennessee was arrested after allegedly forging the will of a man after his death. The will was rushed to probate two days after death and, rather predictably, the entire estate was left to Ms. Dotson. She is also accused of using a debit card to take over $35,000. This case is just one more example that families always need to be on alert after the death of a loved one for any suspicious activity around the estate.
